Don't Miss the 50th Annual Mackinac Eight Mile Road Race!!
Join us September 12. 2020 for the 50th running of one of the oldest and most scenic races in Michigan. Early Fall is the best time of year to run or walk the perimeter of Mackinac Island, where you will enjoy sparkling water, spectacular views and historic sites!
The Island is a unique destination that can only be reached by ferry. Step back in time to a bygone era where travel is done by foot, bicycle, carriage or horse. With almost 2,000 runners and walkers, the Mackinac Island Eight Mile is definitely a race you and your family will never forget!
All Participants receive a commemorative shirt and finisher medal!
Note: COVID-19 guidelines will be continually monitored to make sure race is in compliance with the guidelines in effect at time of the race. While we are optimistic we will hold our traditional race as planned, if any adjustments/accommodations need to be made, participants will be notified as soon as possible.

In the event we have to cancel due to Covid 19 restrictions, please be aware there may be deferrals or transfers offered, but there will be no refunds.
